I had a barrack room like that at RAF Bruggen. It was in between the shower and the external doors. So, in the winter many would put the shower on to 'warm the corridor'. Where the cold air met the steam from the shower was the same point as my room door. Many a time I would be unlocking my room door and it would rain on me....... Just the thought of all that snow amuses me no end - mainly because I have only seen 'slush'!

It's not funny at 4 am sliding down a hill in £70000 worth of car. One needs brown corduroys in such a situation! KRYTEN: "What would be a good cogent paradigm?"

I hope I don't see another serious snow this year! We've had more snow this winter than Buffalo, N.Y., pretty much the snow capital of the states! I had to use two vacation days because I couldn't get to work after one blizzard.

If climate change happened, it's changing back. This reminds me of the 60's. All we need are 60's hits and a few Mini skirts and Mini cars and we're there. KRYTEN: "What would be a good cogent paradigm?"
